This City Doesn't Exist: Port Aster Off-the-Plan Launch Film
- The brief
- Show what an off-the-plan launch film can do when the project exists only on paper, with no real site, renders or client to start from.
- What we started with
- Nothing. No address, no plans, no brand. The harbour city, the renewal precinct, the 42-storey tower, its residence mix and its identity were all invented for the film.
- What we created
- A 2:42 launch film: the location story on animated maps, transport and growth, residence mix by level, interiors, rooftop and a day-to-night close. Every frame AI-generated and labelled an artist impression.

Overview
A self-initiated off-the-plan launch film for a development that does not exist. Port Aster, its transport and growth story, and the 42-storey LUMEA tower were invented end to end — every frame AI-generated — to show what a developer launch looks like before a brick is laid.
